Associate Director, WTWCO

Rob Storrick is an Associate Director in Work & Rewards in WTW’s Minneapolis office. His work focuses focusing on developing and implementing effective compensation programs for clients. He has extensive experience with executive compensation and incentive plan design for both privately held and publicly traded organizations. The majority of his assignments involve ongoing advisory work with senior management and outside directors to assess compensation levels, annual and long-term incentive plan designs, employment contracts, change-in-control agreements, executive perquisites and benefits, and outside director pay.
