Pay transparency isn't coming—it's here. And it's exposing years of accumulated complexity in how we pay people. If you can't explain your Total Rewards programs simply, you can't defend them consistently.
About This Session
This session tackles the complexity hiding in your compensation and incentive programs—and gives you practical approaches to simplify, govern, and communicate Total Rewards effectively. You'll learn why market data alone can't save you, how to diagnose where complexity accumulates across base pay and incentives, and proven approaches to inventory plans, rationalize exceptions, and establish governance. We'll close with a communication framework that answers the questions employees and managers actually ask. Whether you're a compensation specialist or an HR generalist navigating pay questions, you'll leave with actionable insights on:
- Why pay transparency is exposing structural complexity—and what to do about it
- How to assess your organization's maturity in managing incentive compensation
- Governance principles that reduce operational risk and build consistency
- How to communicate Total Rewards so it actually lands with employees and managers
